this is a main street, midday, full of cops and cars, and people, and the netters did not even hide on a backstreet.   This is a major problem between now and labor day.        There are many birds which will be slaughtered over labor day weekend and between now and then.    This is highly illegal, and I need people to donate to a reward, get the word out.    I need to offer enough money that people will ready their camera, and maybe call 911 too.     

 

There will in any realistic measure only one person who might get the picture,  so in actually probably little or possibly none will get the reward.

 

we need to offer 1,000 for close up picture of face netting.   2,000 with lic plate too.   maybe bonus for calling 911 or 3x if they id two different attempts.

 

 

need to place up signs immediately and mobilize people looking during the critical hours (and day light hours).

 

I need to place 2x the amount of food (to fill up the birds), and to move most of the area birds to small observation areas like my house.

 

 

I have a lot of experience in this for many years, one year they (4 back), they took every single one, (last year was band in penn, and my so the birds were sparred.

 

We need to make a difference, can any body help,    one we have quickly formed a plan, we need a campaign including e.m.

again some of my very rescues were caught today.      I will do everything but have no reward money, nor printer, nor can I get on the blogs.    

 

maybe we could also buy disposable (quick shooting), not slow like cell phone cameras, and pass them out to specific teams who go out, maybe they could be paid something for hunting (there are about 10 to 20 lookout spots max), with 2x food we could make that 1/3    we must act now!!!!!!
