| two more things anna, i didnt mean "your" innocence, i mean Sean Lynde's. the adjournment only means that the hearing was postponed. on december 10th, the case will be in the same place it would have been on Nov. 19th. please write that letter anna, im sure that if/when he's found guilty, you wouldnt want to think that this guy is soon free to do this again to some innocent, trusting animals.....after all, these deaths were NOT a result of a one-time fit of rage (not that THAT would be understandable at all!). these were sweet pets who were tortured and killed weeks apart, whenever he saw the opportunity and just felt like it. remember, not one of these pets lives were considered worthless to anyone except Sean Patrick Lynde. he had NO RIGHT! |

| Sean Lynde, graphic articst, living in NYC, Mass., and Maine, arrested on 13 felony counts of animal cruelty with special circumstances for torture, has a trial date for January 28, 2010. Please write to the Judge, name and address above (Judge M. Obus) and let our judicial system know that WE REFUSE TO STAND FOR ANYTHING LESS THAN THE MAXIMUM PENALTY ALLOWED BY LAW!!!! this guy was arrested for killing his girlfriend's two, gentle, senior cats and then consecutively killing and/or torturing four more kittens all under twelve weeks old. IMO, there is something very, very wrong with Sean Lynde. anyone who would systematically kill sweet, trusting pets in his leisure time (not in a single fit of rage {unacceptable in itself} but one at a time, over a four month period), friendly, domestic pets who have never known anything other than trust, compassion and love is very, very dangerous and needs to be incarcerated for a long, long time. please write to the Judge. YOUR LETTERS OF CONCERN REGARDING SEAN LYNDE'S FREEDOM, MATTER!!!!!!!! thank you. |

| dear curious, contrary to Sean Lynde's IMO, twisted desires, NO, THIS HAS NOT GONE AWAY AND WILL NOT BE GOING AWAY.....but if there's any justice, Sean Lynde will be going away. Sean Lynde, arrested for thirteen counts of animal cruelty with special circumstances to torture, graphic artist living and (probably not) working in NYC, the Boston area and possibly even in Maine goes to trial on January 28, 2010 at the NY Supreme Court. the judge, his address and the address of the Supreme Court where Sean Lynde will appear is written in a previous post along with the crimes for which he was indicted by a Grand Jury and arrested. these crimes are heinous, their execution (the killing of these five friendly, trusting pets), arrogant, systematically designed by someone who considers themselves above the law. these crimes were committed to satisfy only the killer's desire to witness the suffering, pain and death of six pets (as far as i know, one little kitten's body still hasn't been found) who were dependant on love, trust and kindness. the brutality these sweet pets endured until their frighteningly painful and relentless deaths is beyond trivial. there is something very, very wrong with anyone considering, never mind carrying out these types of crimes against innocent pets! if you are as "curious" and concerned as i am, please write to your local news stations and tell them that you want to know the outcome of this case. also, if you havent already, write to the judge (his address is above in a previous post) and demand that if/when convicted, that Lynde receive the maximum penalty allowed by law. again, the trial is scheduled for January 28th, 2010.

| if you're interested in prodding the media to stay on top of this story and these crimes (as well as the social danger of having someone sick enough to torture and kill friendly, domestic pets walking around free to covertly do this again and again), in addition to writing to Hon. Judge Obus, you can send letters or emails to the media. let them know that we want to know the outcome of this case. let them know that we are concerned and have not forgotten. IMO, the media should be far more concerned with anyone who is capable of these types of violent crimes than the amount of time spent on gossip relating to things like tiger woods. anyone who is capable of leisurely torturing and killing pets is dangerous to our society and people should be kept aware of his where-abouts....which hopefully will be in prison for a very long time.

SEAN LYNDE, 36 year old graphic designer is scheduled for trial on Feb. 8, 2010 at the New York Supreme Court, Criminal Term, 100 Center Street, New York at 9:30 AM. Lynde was arrested on Aug. 21, 2009 for THIRTEEN COUNTS OF ANIMAL ABUSE WITH SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES TO TORTURE. Please demonstrate New York City's absolute INTOLERANCE for crimes like these against our friendly pets!!!!! In addition to stalking, twice ignoring restraining orders to stay away from his exgirlfriend and damage to property, Sean Lynde was arrested for poisoning her senior pet cat (approx 15 years old), beating it's (approx. 13 year old) senior pet cat companion and beating and killing 4 subsequent kittens who were only approx. 8-12 weeks old. one kitten's body has disappeared completely and is presumed dead. IMO, this guy (if/when convicted on Feb. 8th) HAS NO BUSINESSS WALKING FREE AMONGST OUR SOCIETY!!!!!!! If you cannot be there to demonstrate from 8:30-9:30 AM on Feb. 8th, please write to Hon. Judge Obus at the above address and let him know that WE WILL NOT STAND FOR THE TRIVIALIZATION OF THESE CRIMES AND THAT WE DEMAND THE MAXIMUM PENALTY ALLOWED BY LAW!!!!!! Please don't let our criminal justice system allow other pets to suffer the same consequences.....the torture and deaths of these six pets were no isolated incident or singular fit of rage. these crimes were organized and carried out methodically over a period of three months. these pets were trapped, in their own homes with, IMO, a monster...with no way out.....nowhere to run, nowhere to hide. if the person responsible for this type of systematic cruelty and torture is not put away in prison for a very long time, i have no doubt he will do this again, again and again. as of now, we have no way of knowing how long this has been going on....how many other innocent cats and kittens have been tortured and killed but the cases of their deaths were never solved. Please don't let their cries of pain, their fear and the betrayal of their trust go unanswered....please take the time to be their voices, demand justice for them and help prevent other helpless, trusting cats and kittens from suffering the same fate. thank you.

| according to the supreme court calendar, the trial will be on feb. 8th. there will be a demonstration at 100 center st. from 8:30-9:30 AM. |

| It could be just regular court not a trial (trials take months to get ready). The news wouldn't say it? The courts.gov has trials AM because some days are for trials, but they also have regular appearances on those days when there's space. Monday is going to be cold- dress up for it. |
